This form will be live until June 11th, 2021 at 6PM UTC. The sale will be conducted in accordance with the tiers and principles mentioned below.
* As stated in the InvestDex’s whitelist form, investors from restricted jurisdictions can’t participate in this IDO and people will need to pass the necessary KYC formalities.
Tiers for DIS Holders
As a reminder we want to highlight that participants who hold the amounts of DIS mentioned below in their BSC/ETH Wallet (one address subjected to KYC formalities) at the time of the snapshot (and bearing in mind that the necessary forms need to be completed beforehand), will qualify for certain benefits. This will allow new investors to still participate in the upcoming sale. INVEST tokens will be claimable right after listing on June 15th, 2021. Any unclaimed spots will be allocated to the backup whitelist (or other tiers).
- VIP Tier
This includes participants holding at least 100 DIS tokens in their appointed wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes DIS tokens that are staked in the DIS pools or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. There will be a guaranteed allocation for VIP members with a weighting of 30.
- Holders Tier
This includes participants holding at least 10 DIS tokens in their appointed wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes DIS tokens that are staked in the DIS pools or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. These members will be eligible to participate on a first-come-first-serve basis with a weighting of 50.
- Public Tier
This includes participants holding less than 10 DIS (or 0 DIS) in their appointed wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes DIS tokens that are staked in the DIS pools or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. These members will be eligible to participate on a first-come-first-serve basis with a weighting of 20.
In order to combat potential congestion problems on the Ethereum Network and the correlated gas fees, the IDO will be conducted solely on the BSC chain and we recommend new users, who want to participate in the IDO and want to enjoy certain benefits, to buy DIS tokens on PancakeSwap before filling in the forms and keep holding them in their appointed BSC Wallet.
Snapshot Details
In order to determine the tiers a snapshot will be taken on June 12th, 2021 at 6PM UTC. This snapshot will include all tokens held on a user’s wallet (one address that is subjected to KYC formalities) and will include all (staked or farming) DIS (LP) tokens (on the Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain).
